This will probably be the only time that I will be blogging this month and here's why- I have NO free time anymore. It's rough. Juggling my full-time/live-in job as an RA, academics, ambassadors, and my social life (HA) is a little too much for me at once. I rarely talked to my parents before and now I talk to them even less! Don't worry, though. I still have plenty of time for facebook. Thank goodness.
So... Some updates! I'm supposed to have my application in for the college of ed by October 1st... wish me luck... I've really been dragging my feet when it comes to writing the entrance essay. Also, I am in a practicum class and will be working in a 4th grade classroom at a charter school. I've never been to a charter school before, so this will be interesting! All of my classes seem easy enough, I should come fairly close to making Dean's list this semester (if I don't actually make the list, that is). I was SO close last semester. This year it's not really a big deal anymore, though.
Other things... Well, fyi, I love my TOMS. They are working out pretty well, I reckon. I am also thinking about saving money to study abroad in the future. It's not a set goal, just a budding idea.
My goals for this semester: make at least 1 new friend, get my residents involved on campus, stay super active in ambassadors, and... just be happy. Sometimes the last goal I've set will be hard, but I'm willing to work for it!
